I manage the growth of a consumer insights think tank called scenarioDNA. I developed a strategic methodology called Culture Mapping™ for segmenting and mapping consumer behavior by culture and social networks. As Head of Planning & Innovation, I work with clients to help build business opportunities via strategies that leverage semiotics, segmentation and social media to understand what people do and why.
